 The Grosso Group, featuring Philip Grosso, Broker and Operating Principle of Keller Williams Realty Macomb-St. Clair Market Center. Phil, with over nineteen years experience in real estate, has achieved and maintained multi million dollar sales production yearly and has been in the top 5% in the nation since 1996. Phil is also a licensed builder, real estate investor, and former state licensed assessor. Phil is married and the father of two daughters. He and his family have lived in the area for over 25 years.
Debi has over fifteen years experience in the real estate industry working behind the scenes. She continues to over see each transaction to insure a smooth and accurate closing every time. She also prepares comparisons for prospective clients, publishes our bi-monthly newsletter, and prepares listing packets, purchase agreements and much more.
Sue has been with The Grosso Group for over 5 years. She takes care of the every day paperwork that goes with each deal. She follows up with agents who have shown one of our listings to get feedback from that showing. Some of her responsibilities include, entering new listings into the MLS, taking photographs of homes and putting together a feature sheet, writing ads, maintaining our web site as well as keeping in touch with our clients
The Grosso Group has several buyers and listing coordinators working for us. Many of them have worked in sales for several years. They meet with you to find out more about your family, where you work, how far you’d like to drive, and much more. Once an area is decided upon our agents will do all of the work for you. It may take a week or a year to find the perfect home, but The Grosso Group is with you all the way.
